Lion’s mane, with the Latin name Hericium erinaceus, is a famous fungus that are both for food and traditional Chinese medicine. The better news is that with our ready substrate, it is very easy to grow this kind of mushroom. Sometimes you just leave them there in the growing room, and two weeks later you will have mushrooms harvested without paying attention to them. Oyster, the mushroom with big “leaf”, is a common mushroom now in Europe. But the oyster grown from our substrate is a little different from the most common one. The same as lion’s mane, it is easy to grow this kind of mushroom.
