Our king oyster substrates are ready to fruit, becasue they have already cultivated about 30 days in the incubation room. The management for our king oyster substrate is easy and simple. We could provide the key points for the whole procedure of fruiting – such as temperature, humidity, concentration of CO2 and the use of light. So it will not be difficult at all to harvest king oyster mushoom with our guildance. What the clients need to do is slightly adjusted the parameters according to the need of the local market for the king oyster as the consumers in different places may prefer king oyster mushroom with different size and shape.
